      Step 10:
      Click OK, then Click Refurbish. Turn Off phone ( Don't connect USB yet ) > Press Ok > Connect USB > Phone will boot up to Nokia Logo and Install the drivers, Remove USB only if it Phone boots up to Nokia Splashscreen > Wait for phone to turn off > Connect USB

      Step 11:
      Wait until a pop-up message appears saying that flashing is complete, look at your phone, if it is already booting up at the nokia spash screen, quickly remove the USB Cable. Done!



      and ----------------------------------------------




      - Install Rompatcher 3.1 afterwards and apply Open4all patch, center text to auto


      - For Center Text, extract Patches to e:/patches/ and apply Center Text patch

      me 2 also same prob actually i m 4rm kolkata so our main language is bengali nt english..also i had hacked nokia c5-03 using dr web & rom patcher 3 lite & installserver.exe,open4all set 2 auto..so do i need 2 delete those 1st??if we grab this update next time in 2012 whenever officially anna is re;easing 4 nokia s60v5 then would we b able those update also??

      i tried this bt stuck at step 10..i didn't get d msg firmware successfully updated rather i got a error

      Flash operation didn't start correctly.to follow next instructions
      1.Disconnect usb cable
      2.Remove battery
      3.Insert battery
      4.Start phone & w8 till it's functional
      5.Connect usb cable
      6.Press reply

      tried this bt failed every time bt whenever i switch on phone i check *#0000# it's showing symbian anna as custom version..what 2 do nw??

      start up hv been changed no more showing that 2 hands on d screen & no more start up sound is coming..what d hell r this??

      I changed version name to symbian anna... and those startup items are disabled (both the hands and the sounds) to increase boot time... if you want to change it back just tell me, i'll help you...

      Just observe your phone more, since flashing did not complete successfully, most problems like yours are cause by the usb port, better use the port at the back of the cpu (if your using a desktop) when flashing again...

      as info says phone is already prehacked with installserver.exe so do i anymore need 2 hack using rom pathcer??there's still prob with java..while installing games it showing alert untrusted apps if click continue then asking where i want 2 install..also i can access samsung widget which is very nice only prob is that i can't set wall paper on d home screen..bt i can't access samsung omnia hd wall paper already extracted gadget.rar to memory card don't know what's wrong with me..also i wanna change home screen font color black 2 white..is it poosible??if yes hw 2 do this??

      when you apply a new wallpaper... you need to reload the home screen by switching to basic then back to Samsung widgets..
      And no you can't change font colour...

      Step 9:
      Click Add, then Open File, Go to Desktop and add the Files you extracted with this properties:

      ROFS2 (RM-697_20.0.024_prd.rofs2.V21) - Type: PPM
      Use case: Check Backup/Restore and Refurbish

      UDA ( If you want to keep your data, flash without any UDA ) - Type: Content
      Use Case: Refurbish

      in download section it's written blank uda is optional so is it necessary 2 add it under flashing files & their parameters??

      Step 10:

      what is mean by nokia splash screen??& when do we need 2 remove usb cable??usb cable is nt connected i hv done all steps on pc without connecting on pc bt after clicking refurbish it's saying disconnect usb cable so at which stpe we exactly need 2 connect usb cable b4 clicking refurbish??

      Step 11:

      after flashing is completed if it boots up 2 nokia splash screen usb cable should b removed otherwise what should b there??i mean so that usb cable don't need 2 disconnect??

      Is your phone fine.. i'll update the flashing guide soon, will add pictures...
      To make flash successful do this steps (only if you have flashed already, use the same pc and same usb port)
      turn off phone (be sure USB is not yet connected) > click refurbish > connect phone via usb > wait for flash to finish

      as soon as it shows programing successful & verying communication 2 device phone's screen goes white..showing v20.0.24 written in blue..under that Test mode under that Nokia these 2 in green..screen remain same 4 almost 10-15 mins after that it turned off..m i doing ri8 or something wrong??

      If an Phoenix is saying "waiting for response" do this:
      reconnect usb

      I advice you to install Nokia connectivity cable drivers...

      swype for s60 5th is not the solution sir Landon. i still have the browser bug. i uninstalled swype because it takes time to switch from portrait to landscape texting.

      do you have any other solution for the browser bug sir Landon?

      or can you give me an apps browser that i can use for watching youtube videos.

      @gzreza step 9 isn't tough..i m explaining..click add RoFS2 means symbian anna zip file jst extrat it then add it select it's type as PPM Use case: Check Backup/Restore and Refurbish
      tick both box Backup/Restore and Refurbish

      after that add UDA means blank uda zip file jst extract it then add sesect it's type as content
      Use Case: Refurbish
      tick d box Refurbish

      That's it..

      2. Remove Baterry
      3. Connect USB
      4. Insert Battery
      5. Press Power
      6. Press OK

      and there i successfully flashed my phone.

      and btw on my phone i select connect automatically to mass storage. i dunno if this helps. but you can try.
      hope you can flash your phone and enjoy this nice CFW :D

      and i dont get it. it doesnt install the drivers and phoenix showing an error. i did this like 15 times and pissed me off.

      but when i tried

      yeah flashing c5-03 is a bit tricky... my flashing guide is a little different, it requires no battery removal..

      next version browser bugs will be fixed together with some new mods...

      its not the fastest CFW...it is much slower than i expected...

      anywayz..
      1st bug :OVI is not opening
      2nd bug :sometimes omnia hd homescreens colour changes from transparent to RED
      3rd bug :sometime if i open gallary it itself comes out to menu homescreen (rarly)
      4th bug :Wlan Network is not working...But internet through 2G & 3G both are working
      5th bug :other themes (execpt pre installed)having no icon in telephone
      .
      why r u telling lie that there are no bugs?

      i need some help with my nokia c5-03 ,after reading in many forums i was able to change the produc code and updated the phone and get rid of some carrier apps,now i want to get rid of the preinstalled apps so i got phoenix,navifirm plus,nokia fweditor and nfwcleaner and did some tests first just to see how it works this programs before flashing the phone.the problem is that i cant find the Facebook,Friendster,Hi5,My space,it seem that they are not in rofs2,so is there anyone who can guide me?or is there a firmware that i can get without this apps?

      after doing all the steps mentioned flashing starts. . .
      programing complete . . 100%

      and then

      it says CONNECTING TO DEVICE ATTEMPT 25
      and the 25 decreases to 1

      no popup msg as firmware updated !

      and phone is unbootable !

      again i flashed with ofw and its fine !
      but i want to flash with this cfw . . .help !
